At Noura Natural, we want every order to reach you in the expected condition.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible.

If the order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedure may need to be followed.

Returns

Subject to applicable law and the exclusions described below, customers in Saudi Arabia may request to return an eligible product within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the product has not been used and remains eligible for return.

Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law provides a seven-day cancellation right for eligible unused products, subject to specified exceptions.

Return Condition

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, returned products should:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include the original packaging where applicable
  • Be returned with all accessories or components supplied with the product

Products damaged through improper handling after delivery may not qualify for return.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging where relevant

Our team will review the request and provide the appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed using the appropriate payment method wherever possible.

Banking institutions and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be the Customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law and where the return is not caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
